Right of cancellation

If you choose to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days of when you received your receipt, without giving any reason.  

To cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision. Please use the model cancellation form below. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication of cancellation before the 14-day period has expired.  

Effects of cancellation

When you revoke this contract, we shall repay all payments that we have received from you, excluding delivery costs. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Transaction, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. We can refuse to make the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, depending on which is earlier. 

Exception to the right of cancellation

You must only compensate any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their quality, features, and functionality.
